Pursuant to European Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014 implementing the Italian Consumer Code, consumers have the right to withdraw from distance purchase contracts without providing any reason.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the date the goods are received.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers, meaning natural persons purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to their business, commercial, craft, or professional activities.

How to Request a Return

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify CORREDO ITALIANO® within 14 days from delivery by sending an email to:

The communication must include:

  • Customer’s full name
  • Order number
  • Order date
  • Products subject to the withdrawal request

Once the request has been received, our Customer Service team will authorize the return and provide instructions for returning the goods.

Conditions of Returned Products

The right of withdrawal may only be exercised for products returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

Returned products must:

  • include the original packaging
  • include all accessories originally supplied
  • include labels, tags, and original packaging materials
  • show no signs of use, washing, or damage

The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • goods made to measure or clearly personalized, including fabric cuts
  • embroidered or customized items made upon customer request
  • products modified according to customer specifications
  • sealed products not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened after delivery

Return Shipping

Customers must ship returned products within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For additional security, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Customers remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to our warehouse.

In the event of loss, theft, or damage during transport, the customer must contact the selected courier directly.

Collection Service by Courier

Customers may request collection of returned goods through a courier arranged by CORREDO ITALIANO®.

The service cost ranges from €7.90 to €39.90 and will be communicated in advance before confirming the collection.

The service cost may vary depending on:

  • parcel weight
  • parcel dimensions
  • domestic or international destination

For international return requests, collection costs will be calculated case by case according to international courier rates.

Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, CORREDO ITALIANO® will process the refund within 14 days from receipt of the returned products.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Any additional costs related to supplementary services requested by the customer beyond standard delivery may not be refundable, in accordance with applicable regulations.
