At CORREDO ITALIANO®, we are committed to providing a clear, secure and transparent shopping experience, even after your order has been delivered. This page explains our Returns & Refunds Policy, including your Right of Withdrawal, return procedures and refund processing times.

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the applicable provisions of the Italian Consumer Code, consumers have the right to withdraw from distance purchase contracts without providing any reason.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the date the goods are received.

This right applies exclusively to consumers, namely natural persons purchasing goods for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

How to Request a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email within 14 days of receiving your order to:

Your request should include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Order date
  • Product(s) you wish to return

Once your request has been received, our Customer Service team will authorize the return and provide detailed return instructions.

Condition of Returned Products

The right of withdrawal applies only to products returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

Returned products must include:

  • Original packaging
  • All accessories supplied with the product
  • Original labels, tags and packaging materials
  • No signs of use, washing or damage

The Customer is only liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

By way of example, but not limited to, a reduction in the refund amount may apply where the returned product has been:

  • used, even partially;
  • worn or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product;
  • washed, ironed, soiled or returned with odors resulting from use;
  • stained, damaged, worn or otherwise altered from its original condition;
  • returned without its original packaging where such packaging forms an integral part of the product, or with packaging that is seriously damaged, broken or unsuitable for resale;
  • returned without original labels, tags, seals, fasteners, instruction leaflets, accessories or any other components originally supplied;
  • returned in a condition that prevents or significantly reduces its resale as a new product.

In such cases, CORREDO ITALIANO® reserves the right to assess the resulting diminution in value using reasonable and proportionate criteria. The corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer, and the reasons for the deduction will be communicated.

Refunds will, whenever possible, be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Any commissions, banking fees, payment processing charges or deductions applied by the card issuer, bank or payment service provider that are outside the control of CORREDO ITALIANO® remain the sole responsibility of the relevant financial institution and are neither refundable nor attributable to CORREDO ITALIANO®.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code and the applicable provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • custom-made or clearly personalized products, including fabric cut by the metre;
  • embroidered or personalized items produced upon customer request;
  • products modified according to the customer's specifications;
  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

Returning the Goods

Returned products must be shipped within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. The Customer remains responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to our premises.

Any loss, theft or damage occurring during return transit must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Return Collection Service

To simplify the return process, Customers may request collection through a courier arranged by CORREDO ITALIANO®.

The collection service costs range from €7.90 to €39.90, depending on the shipment, and will always be communicated before confirmation.

Pricing depends on:

  • parcel weight;
  • parcel dimensions;
  • domestic or international destination.

For international returns, collection costs will be quoted individually according to the applicable courier rates.

Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, CORREDO ITALIANO® will process the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.

Additional charges relating to optional services selected by the Customer beyond our standard delivery service may not be refundable, where permitted by applicable law.
