Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1 business day from order confirmation and shipped through selected express couriers with tracking and signature upon delivery.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control, processing and delivery times may experience delays.
Tracking information is provided by email once the order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping – Italy
The following delivery methods are available for shipments within Italy and can be selected directly during checkout.
Premium Delivery
Estimated delivery within 24/48 business hours from courier pickup for mainland Italy and major islands.
Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery within 3/4 business days from courier pickup.
Postal Point Delivery
Estimated delivery within 3/4 business days to authorized pickup points such as post offices, lockers, tobacco shops, or collection centers near the recipient’s address.
Customers will receive notification by email and/or phone when the parcel is available for collection.
For selected items requiring restocking or special preparation, shipping times may extend up to 20 business days. Any extended processing times are clearly indicated on the product page.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- selected shipping method
- destination country
- weight and dimensions of the parcel
Italy Shipping Rates
- Postal Point Delivery:
€4.90 up to the free shipping threshold.
Free shipping for orders over €49.90. - Standard Delivery:
€5.90 up to the free shipping threshold.
Free shipping for orders over €59.90. - Premium Delivery:
€7.90 for orders below the applicable threshold.
Reduced rate of €5.00 above the promotional threshold regardless of cart value.
Any promotional free shipping campaigns or discounted shipping rates will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.
All shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before order confirmation.
The shipping method is freely selected by the customer during checkout.
Packaging and Delivery
All orders are packed carefully to ensure maximum protection during transport.
Deliveries are generally intended at street level unless otherwise agreed with the courier.
Upon delivery, customers are advised to verify that:
- the package is intact
- the packaging is not damaged or altered
- the sealing materials are intact
In case of visible transport damage, customers should report the issue immediately to the courier and sign the delivery note with the wording:
“Accepted with reservation of inspection”
Failure to report visible transport damage upon delivery may limit claims related to shipping damage.
Failed Delivery or Unclaimed Parcels
If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient absence, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot or pickup point.
Customers will be notified through the courier tracking system and/or by our Customer Service team.
In the event of refusal or non-collection of a shipment, any storage, return, or redelivery costs incurred may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.

International shipping is available for parcels up to 30 kg to several European Union and non-EU countries.
