SHIPPING POLICY

Order Fulfillment:
Packages containing ordered products are shipped within 24 business hours from order receipt and are sent via the designated express courier with tracking and signature required. Due to exceptional circumstances (strikes, health emergencies, transportation blocks, force majeure), preparation times may experience delays not attributable to us.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Premium Delivery: Expected within 24/48 hours from courier pickup for the mainland and major islands (except in exceptional cases not attributable to the seller, such as remote areas, bad weather, port and airport blockages, unspecified dangerous situations).

Standard Delivery: Expected within 3/4 business days from courier pickup for the mainland and major islands (except in exceptional cases not attributable to the seller, such as bad weather, port and airport blockages, unspecified dangerous situations).

Postal Point Delivery: Expected within 3/4 business days from courier pickup for the mainland and major islands (except in exceptional cases not attributable to the seller, such as bad weather, port and airport blockages, unspecified dangerous situations). With this service, the shipped package will be delivered to a Postal Point (Post Office, Tobacco Shop, Collection Center) as close as possible to the recipient's address. The recipient will be notified via email and/or phone chat about the availability to pick up their order.

Please note that for some items, where restocking is required, the waiting times for shipment, which can be up to 20 business days, are clearly highlighted. Shipping costs include both packaging and postage fees.

It is not possible to combine two separate orders placed on different dates, as these orders are processed as quickly as possible, and each is subject to its own shipping costs.

The package will be sent with special care given to the arrangement and protection of purchased items. Boxes are always of reasonable size, and the items within are well protected.

For each order shipped, Corredo Italiano® will issue a delivery and purchase receipt of the shipped material, which will be included with or attached to the package (except for countries not subject to VAT).

Delivery Costs:
- €4.90 for Postal Point Delivery up to a minimum purchase threshold.
- €6.90 for Standard Delivery up to a minimum purchase threshold.
- €7.90 for Premium Delivery up to a minimum purchase threshold, reduced to €5.00 once the threshold is exceeded, regardless of the cart amount.

The shipping method is freely chosen by the customer during the order confirmation process.

During certain times of the year and specific promotions, transportation costs may be reduced or waived, in which case this will be communicated on our homepage.

The payment for the goods by the Customer will be made using one of the methods chosen at the time of the order.

No additional fees are due from the Customer beyond the total order amount highlighted at the end of the purchase process.

Corredo Italiano® cannot be held responsible for delays in order processing or delivery (due to exceptional events not attributable to our responsibility).

Delivery is considered to be at ground level (couriers are not required by law to deliver to upper floors).

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). Any damage to the packaging and/or product must be immediately reported to the courier by placing the notation "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION OF CONTROL" on the courier's delivery document.

Once the package is accepted without reservations, the Customer cannot make any complaints regarding the exterior characteristics of the delivered goods. In case of non-delivery of the goods due to the prolonged absence of the recipient, it will be possible to collect the package held at the courier's warehouse within 3 business days. After this date, the order will be automatically canceled.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient's absence, the customer will be notified of the delivery attempt through communication from the courier and always by phone or email from our customer service representative.

Please note that we reserve the right to charge the purchaser for shipping, storage, and return costs of unclaimed goods, deducting these costs from any residual refund issued. In case of shipment with cash on delivery payment, a debt collection procedure will be initiated through appropriate channels and appointed debt collection agencies.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

It is possible to send packages (weighing up to 30 kg) to the following countries:

EU COUNTRIES: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia (quote required via email), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

NON-EU COUNTRIES: USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, Russia, Ukraine, Vatican City, Monaco, Norway, Iceland, Croatia, Switzerland, San Marino.

Estimated Delivery Times:
- EU countries: 2/5 business days.
- Non-EU countries: 3/7 business days.

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, who will be contacted by the local customs authority upon import of goods.

For non-EU countries, delivery times may vary due to customs formalities, which are always the responsibility of the recipient.
