THE RIGHT OF RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to the European Directive 2011/83, implemented in Italy with the Legislative Decree of 3 December 2013, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the customer within 14 days of receipt of the goods purchased. The customer must communicate to CORREDO ITALIANO® the desire to exercise this right.

This right can only be exercised by the customer-consumer, or the natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity and who therefore does not indicate a VAT reference in the order form.

 

Please Note:
- Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

- The withdrawal cannot be exercised in the event that the product to be returned has been used, soiled, degraded or discarded, or in the absence of the original packaging for the product itself and for all the elements supplied with the product itself.

- It is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on part of the purchased product.

TERMS OF WITHDRAWAL (order cancellation before shipment)

The consumer customer may exercise the right to reconsider and request the cancellation of the order within the maximum term of 48/72 hours from the forwarding of the order and in any case no later than the time necessary for the communication of the shipment of the order.

The communication must be made by email at rma@corredoitaliano.com or, alternatively, by contacting us by phone at the telephone number indicated on our home page.

Our company will reimburse all payments received from the consumer, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which it received the request for withdrawal. Our company will make the refund using the same payment method used by the buyer for the initial transaction, or by issuing a discount code for new purchases on our webstore (at the customer's request); In any case, the costs of collection such as paypal commissions or credit card withheld by the issuing institution for the collection service with electronic gateway provided will be reduced from the reimbursed amount.

RETURN METHOD (return of items shipped and delivered)

1. Within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, the consumer must notify the number 379.175.12.22 by telephone (10.30 - 12.30 and 17.30 - 19.30)


2. Once the return request from the purchase contract has been made, the company's Customer Service will contact the consumer by email to authorize the shipment of the RMA package (authorized return of goods).


3. Goods must be carefully packed to avoid damage during shipment. The original packaging can be used and the product must be complete with everything originally contained. We recommend shipping via insured courier.


4. The customer is required to bear the shipping costs (returned goods to be paid by the buyer) and is responsible for the product during shipping. In case of loss, theft, or other CORREDO ITALIANO® - PICCOLO CORREDI reserves the right to charge for any damage suffered.


5. Within 5 days of accepting the return, the customer must send the product by courier.

6. The customer has the right to request that the collection of the returned product (s) be carried out by a courier appointed by CORREDO ITALIANO® in this case the costs of the service (charged to the customer) are quantifiable in a price range that varies for the 'Italy from € 6.90 € to € 19.90 (depending on the nature and weight of the product (s) to be returned) and which will be promptly communicated to the customer before proceeding with the collection assignment. For return requests from abroad, no pre-established tariff tables are provided and therefore, if requested, the possibility of making a withdrawal will be evaluated and the cost requested by international couriers for the occurrence, this cost will always be communicated to the customer who can accept or decide to send on their own initiative by their own means.


Upon arrival of the goods, CORREDO ITALIANO® will carefully check the integrity of the goods and the presence of all the products accompanying the original product.


Our company will reimburse all payments received from the consumer, excluding only the delivery costs (and any collection) incurred by us for the transport assignment to the courier / s in charge of the operations, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from day on which he received the products subject to the request for withdrawal. Our company will execute the refund using the same payment method used by the buyer for the initial transaction or by issuing a discount code for new purchases on our webs.
